For standard custom orders (15-100 pieces), the production time is typically 5 to 7 business days from design approval. Shipping takes an additional 2 to 4 business days depending on your location in India.

For bulk orders exceeding 100 pieces, we can create a pre-production physical mock sample for your verification. For smaller orders, we provide high-resolution 3D digital mockups for approval prior to printing.

For retail products, we offer a 7-day hassle-free return or exchange policy. However, customized jerseys (with team names, custom logos, or individual numbering) are manufactured specifically for your order and cannot be returned unless there is a physical manufacturing defect.
