1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to New Anand Sports Garments ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website located at newanandsports.in and any products or services ordered from us. By placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2. User Account & Security

If you create an account on our platform to purchase retail products or place wholesale custom jersey configurations, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details (including phone number OTP verification) and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Custom Jersey Design & Approvals

For custom jersey orders placed via our Custom Jersey Module or WhatsApp consultation:

You must provide high-quality logo files and design mockups. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have full licensing/permissions to use uploaded team or sponsor branding logos.
We will share a final digital design proof. Production will only begin once you send a formal confirmation of approval.
Once design approvals are received, no modifications can be made to the graphic styling, fabric configuration, sizes, or names.

4. Pricing, Payments & Taxes

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). Retail orders include GST where applicable. For bulk wholesale inquiries and custom orders, we provide itemized quotes. Payment instructions (deposit vs final balance terms) are coordinated on invoice.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall New Anand Sports Garments be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product usage, delays in courier transit, or custom order delays due to material unavailability. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the invoice price of the specific order.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tamil Nadu, India.
