Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Dispatch & Processing

All orders are dispatched directly from our manufacturing factory located in Sattur, Tamil Nadu:

• Retail Orders: Dispatched within 24 to 48 hours for products in stock.
• Custom/Wholesale Orders: Dispatched immediately upon production completion, which is usually 5 to 7 business days from formal design approval.

2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

We offer competitive shipping rates across all states in India:

• Retail Shipping: A flat delivery fee of ₹99 is charged. Free shipping is automatically applied on all retail orders of ₹999 or above.
• Wholesale & Bulk Shipping: Bulk orders are shipped via trusted logistics/freight companies (such as V-Trans, TCI, or Professional Couriers). Freight charges are calculated based on weight and destination and are added to the final bulk invoice.

3. Estimated Transit Times

Estimated delivery timelines from the date of dispatch:

• Tamil Nadu & South India: 1 to 3 business days.
• Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Bangalore): 2 to 4 business days.
• Rest of India: 4 to 6 business days.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is handed over to the courier, we will update your tracking details via SMS/email and update your Account panel. You can check status anytime using our Track Order page by inputting your unique Order ID.
